Job Objective Support the development and implementation of the HELLA compliance management system, notably the anti-corruption program according to the French anti-corruption law SAPIN II, in China (and rest of Asia, without India) Duties and Responsibilities 1. Prepare compliance training materials, provide compliance trainings as requested, track completion status of compliance trainings (incl. eLearnings) and conduct proper measures 2. Conduct compliance business partner checks (incl. compiling relevant findings and drafting reports)3. Support on managing incidents of reported misconduct, including ensuring proper execution of follow-up actions / recommendations 4. Execute compliance tasks in the context of the anti-corruption accounting controls, including the (double-)check of relevant bookings/expenses, in cooperation with Finance and the business groups/ corporate functions 5. Execute check & assessment of conflict of interest declarations of China employees (spot or annual declarations) 6. Support on execution of corruption risk mapping exercise relating to China entities 7. Coordinate with other departments and functions on the implementation of compliance measures, in relation to code of conduct, anti-corruption and competition law 8.
