工作职责:
1.协助管理与运营相关的整个新产品导入(NPI)流程,并对接客户,确保满足产品生产的各项要求;
Assist in managing the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process from an operations perspective, interfacing with customers to ensure production readiness and compliance;
2.协助项目经理组织与运营相关的关键会议,包括新产品启动会议、NPI 准备评审会议、NPI 资格验证及试点试产评审会议,以及产品移交会议,确保项目推进有序;
Support the Project Manager in organizing key operational meetings such as NPI kick-off, readiness reviews, qualification builds, pilot build reviews, and product transfer sessions;
3.参与每日及每周的NPI协调会议,跟进会议中各部门的行动项,识别潜在进度风险,并协助推进问题解决;
Participate in daily and weekly NPI meetings, follow up on cross-functional action items, highlight potential schedule risks, and assist in resolving issues;
4.协助收集、整理和更新项目阶段性数据,定期向内部团队及客户/合作伙伴提供NPI活动的进展汇报、问题分析及改善建议;
Assist in collecting and updating project data, and provide regular reports on NPI status, risks, and improvement opportunities to internal teams and customers/partners;
5.深度参与NPI全过程中的试产阶段,包括Pre-Pilot与Pilot Build,协助现场执行、问题记录与结果回顾;
Actively support pre-pilot and pilot build activities, including on-site coordination, issue logging, and build result review;
6.协调运营相关的跨部门工作(如生产、工艺、物料、质量等),保障项目关键节点达成;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (such as Production, Process, Material Planning, and Quality) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
7.在项目经理和导师的指导下,学习项目管理方法和流程工具,逐步承担更高层次的项目工作任务。
Under the guidance of the Project Manager and mentor, learn structured project management methods and gradually take on increased responsibilities.
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历,专业不限,工业工程、机械工程、电子、物流、运营管理等相关专业优先,24届或25届海内外毕业生;
Bachelor’s degree or above in any relevant discipline, majors such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management are preferred, graduates of 2024 or 2025 from home and abroad;
2.具备较强的沟通能力,善于与不同职能团队合作;
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
3.对项目管理有浓厚兴趣,具备项目管理基础知识者优先(如了解NPI流程、量产导入、试产等);
Strong interest in project management, basic understanding of project workflows (e.g. NPI, prototyping, production ramp-up) is a plus;
4.具备流利的英语读写能力,能流利地进行口头沟通;
Fluent in reading and writing English, Fluent in spoken English communication;
5.熟悉使用Office办公软件(Excel、PowerPoint等), 了解项目计划工具(如Microsoft Project)者优先;
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tools like Microsoft Project is a plus;
6.责任心强,工作主动,能在压力下完成多任务,乐于学习新知识;
Responsible, proactive, capable of multitasking under pressure, and eager to learn;
7.可接受国内外短期出差,适应跨文化工作环境;
Willing to travel domestically or internationally for short periods, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment;
8.有PMP证书或正在准备PMP考试者优先(非必需).
