- 负责日常文件整理、归档及办公用品的管理与发放；
- 协助部门完成会议安排、接待来访人员及电话接听等行政事务；
- 支持团队完成各类报表、文档的撰写与录入工作；
- 配合其他部门完成相关行政支持工作，确保办公环境高效有序。

【任职要求】
- 2026年应届毕业生，专业不限，大专及以上学历；
