一、招聘学科与方向

诚邀全球高水平学科人才（含青年英才）加盟，重点招聘方向包括：

1.儿内科、儿外科各专业领域；

2.临床检验、影像、病理、护理、药学等专业；

3.基因治疗、细胞治疗、人工智能、病原微生物等前沿技术领域；

4.临床研究项目管理与成果转化；

5.临床大数据与信息管理；

6.医院运营管理与决策分析。

二、岗位任职要求

01、学科带头人、学科后备人才

1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的职业道德和科学精神。

2. 年龄 50周岁（顶尖人才可适当放宽年龄），具有博士研究生学位，在国际著名高校、医院和科研机构等担任专业技术高级职称；医术精湛，具有科技创新及培养后备高水平人才的能力。

3. 在本学科领域具有国际学术影响力及突出学术成果，有组织、主持重大科研或临床研究项目经验，具有国际领先的技术优势及创新能力。

02、学科骨干人才

1.遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的职业道德和科学精神。

2.年龄 40周岁，具有博士研究生学位，在国际著名高校、医院和科研机构工作或博士后经历，具有较高临床诊疗技术和研究能力。

3.在本学科领域取得同行专家认可的科研或技术成果，具有成为该领域学科带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。

02 Position Requirements

Disciplinary Leaders /Emerging Talents

Comply with the laws and regulations of the People s Republic of China and possess strong professional ethics and scientific integrity.

Age 50 years old(exceptional candidates may be exempted); hold a Doctorate degree, and a senior professional title at prestigious international universities, hospitals, or research institutions; demonstrate exceptional medical expertise and the ability for scientific innovation as well as mentoring high-potential young talents.

Have significant academic influence and outstanding achievements in your field, have led major research or clinical projects, and possess internationally leading technical advantages and innovation capability.

Core discipline talents

Comply with the laws and regulations of the People s Republic of China and possess strong professional ethics and scientific integrity.

Age 40 years old; hold a doctorate degree, and have worked or postdoctoral experience at renowned international institutions; demonstrate strong clinical skills and research capabilities.
