职位总结：
OC PD 团队主要为亚太地区的口腔护理产品系列提供新产品的市场推广、功效验证以及配方开发和工艺优化等工作

主要职责：
与化学师合作，完成对新产品的功效验证。
与外部实验室沟通与协调，进行功效验证。支持化学师建立体外测试能力。
和化学师合作，确保开发的产品满足所有测试指标的要求并成功实现规模化。
支持仪器设备的安装与验证，包括 3Q 验证报告、培训以及 eMOC 系统中所需的要求等。
评估新的口腔护理产品的稳定性表现。
探索创新性的新颖宣称 (novel claims)、语言，并挖掘其机理。
线上/线下竞品调研和趋势分析。
文献搜索、整理、总结。

教育背景：
在读硕士 (优先) 或本科二年级及以上。
专业包括材料学、化学、高分子、物理科学、制药或其他相关理工学科 (如：材料化学、化工、高分子、高分子材料与工程，分析化学，物理, 制药或相关理工学科) 。
在快速消费品 (FMCG) 行业有相关的实习或项目经验优先。

能力要求：
较强的实验动手能力 (具备 SEM、FTIR、XRD 等相关分析化学实验基础优先)
科学研究思维模式和专业知识
良好的逻辑思维能力
熟悉办公软件的使用
良好的沟通和数据记录能力

Colgate-Palmolive entered the market in China in 1992. In this year, Colgate-Palmolive signed with Guangzhou Jieyin Daily Chemical Plant and Guangzhou Economy Technology Development Group to establish Guangzhou Colgate Company Limited. Currently, Colgate Palmolive has established three companies in China, including Colgate Palmolive (China) Company Limited, Guangzhou Colgate Company Limited and Colgate Sanxiao Company Limited. The total investment has exceeded 400 million USD. Colgate China has built up a plant of 7,5000 square meters in Guangzhou GDD, which is one of the largest TP factories in the world. Equipped with the world-class facilities and advanced quality & safety control system, the plant has reached the annual production of 150,000 tons of toothpaste. Besides supplying domestic market, the products are also exported to other 50 countries. Today, we have commercial offices and manufacturing sites in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Yangzhou and Hong Kong with more than 5,000 employees. Currently, the products of Colgate Palmolive (China) are sold in more than 600 cities in the country and Toothpaste & Toothbrush with the brand name of "Colgate" have been the well-acknowledged brands in the Chinese market.
