1、招聘项目执行：协助完成集团社会招聘：岗位信息发布与更新，维护招聘渠道、简历筛选、候选人邀约、面试安排及反馈跟进；
2、校招活动支持（如宣讲会筹备、笔试 / 面试组织、数据统计等）。
3、协助上级优化招聘流程，提升招聘效率（如简历库整理、候选人画像分析等）。
4、跨部门协作与业务部门沟通招聘需求，收集岗位描述并协助制定招聘策略。
5、其他支持工作完成上级交办的其他 HR 相关任务（如员工档案整理、培训活动协助等）。

任职要求：
