- 在校大学生或研究生，专业背景为机械工程、工业工程、质量管理等相关领域优先。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够快速适应团队文化。
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，如Word、Excel等，有统计分析经验者优先。
- 工作认真负责，细心严谨，具备较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力。
