Tasks:
- 协调内部和客户端的开发进度，收集产品需求并向下分解，理解客户期望，支持研发工作内部落地。Coordinate the development progress, collect product requirements and break down into tasks, understand customer expectations, and support the internal implementation.
- 参与客户端台架及整车标定，推动系统成熟度提升，并支持产品优化迭代。Participate in the customer’s bench testing and vehicle calibration, push the improvement of system maturity, support the product iteration.
- 指定标定工况及判断标准，总结并整理标定结果，输出测试报告。Define calibration operating conditions and judgment criteria, summarize and organize calibration results, and generate test reports.
- 与PM、PG合作，推动产品优化。Support PM and PG to optimize product.
Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历，机械专业背景。Bachelor’s degree or above with mechanical background.
- 精通英语(口头和书面)，会德语者优先。Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.
- 喜欢驾驶车辆，动手能力强。Have a passion for driving vehicles and possess strong hands-on skills.
- 积极主动，工作勤奋，善于团队合作。Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
