Tasks:
- 负责汽车热管理系统中压缩机相关方案的设计、开发及优化； Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of compressor-related solutions within automotive thermal management systems.
- 参与新产品的方案制定、样机开发与测试验证； Participate in new product proposal, prototype development, and testing & validation.
- 跟踪行业内压缩机及热管理技术发展动态，开展前沿技术研究； Monitor industry trends in compressors and thermal management; conduct research on cutting-edge technologies.
- 配合完成与供应商、科研院校的技术交流与合作； Collaborate with suppliers and research institutes for technical communication and cooperation.
- 支持产品的量产导入、相关技术文件编制及问题分析解决； Support industrialization and mass production, prepare technical documentation, and solve technical issues.
- 协助团队完成上级安排的其他相关任务。 Assist the team in completing other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 机械工程、动力工程、制冷与低温工程、车辆工程、能源与动力等相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenics, Automotive Engineering, Energy and Power, or related fields.
- 具备汽车热管理系统或压缩机相关设计、开发经验者优先；
Experience in automotive thermal management systems or compressor design and development is preferred.
- 掌握热力学、流体力学等相关理论知识，能够熟练使用AutoCAD、CATIA、SolidWorks等绘图工具及相关仿真软件。
Solid knowledge in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics; proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, or relevant simulation software.
- 有独立或参与压缩机或热管理系统产品开发、样机测试、问题分析与解决的项目经验者优先。
Experience in independent or joint development, prototype testing, and troubleshooting of compressors or thermal management systems is a plus.
- 良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力及学习能力，具备英语读写能力。
Strong communication, teamwork and learning abilities; proficient in written and spoken English.
- 责任心强，积极主动，具有较强的问题分析和解决能力。
