Tasks:
- Responsible for transmission solutions regarding function, performance, reliability, which is based on customer’s requirement. 基于客户系统需求提供合理的减速箱设计方案，满足功能，性能及可靠性等要求。
- Design the system, sub-system and component, which based on product internal/external boundary/interface and technical requirement, to ensure it fulfills the rule of function, performance, reliability, feasibility, detectability, cost efficiency etc. 基于产品内外边界及技术要求设计系统/子系统及零部件，确保其完全符合功能，性能，可靠性，可制造，可检测，成本效益原则。
- Responsible for the technical documents of product & components, e.g., 3D, 2D, development report. 负责产品及零部件技术文件，比如模型，图纸，开发报告等。
- Support internal/external technical discussion. 支持内外技术交流。
Requirements:
- Study of automotive, mechanical or material engineering with a Master, Dipl.-Ing. or Dr.-Ing. (PhD)- degree. 车辆工程、机械工程或材料学等，硕士及以上学历。
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical principles, mechanical design, materials science, and tribology. Practical experience in automotive e-drive is preferred. 深入了解机械原理，机械设计，材料学，摩擦学等。有电驱动相关实习经历者优先。
- Basic knowledge in the area of model-based system architecture and system simulation (Creo, MATLAB/Simulink). 基于系统架构的模型搭建和仿真计算的基础了解（Creo, MATLAB/Simulink）。
- Proactive working manner attitude, quick learner, hardworking & teamwork player. 具备积极主动的工作态度，快速学习的能力，以及勤奋和团队合作精神。
- Language: Fluent English in written and spoken form (IELTS≥ 6.5 or comparable level), German is a plus. 语言：英语（雅思≥ 6.5或同等水平），书写及口语流利，德语为加分项。
