【三大核心岗位】

岗位一：投资交易岗

岗位职责：

1.深耕银行间与交易所债券市场，完成询价、比价与落地交易。

2.搭建并持续优化回测与实盘框架，实现高效下单与成交执行。

3.基于AI工具对行情、基本面及另类数据进行清洗、因子挖掘与策略迭代。

4.协助基金经理进行债券组合构建、再平衡、风险评估与业绩归因分析。

岗位要求：

1.硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、数理、计算机、工程等相关专业。

2.熟练掌握Python数据分析栈（NumPy/Pandas/StatsModels），熟悉?ClickHouse数据库应用；或具备C++ 低延迟系统开发经验。

3.熟练运用AI工具进行数据清洗、因子挖掘、代码生成与自动化报告。

4.具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和快速学习能力。

加分项：

Python/C++?相关证书；

CFA、FRM、CPA?等资格通过；

IMO/CMO/ICPC?等竞赛获奖经历。

岗位二：渠道业务岗

岗位职责：

1.全周期拓展并深耕银行、券商及财富管理等传统金融机构渠道，精准携手机构投资者与家族办公室等投资机构。

2.精准识别渠道及高净值客户投资偏好，提供定制化产品组合与营销方案。

3.策划高净值路演、策略峰会、闭门沙龙，提升渠道黏性与客户复购率。

4.借助AI工具（CRM +?大模型）进行客户行为分析与市场热点预测，反向推动产品迭代与创新。

岗位要求：

1.硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销、管理等相关专业。

2.出色的商务谈判能力与沟通表达能力，具备客户导向思维。

3.熟练使用AI工具进行数据整理与客户匹配，提升营销效率。

4.抗压能力强，适应高频出差，对财富管理与机构销售有长期兴趣。

岗位三：产品运营岗

岗位职责：

1.全流程负责基金产品“募、投、管、退”运营，确保零差错落地。

2.搭建自动化运作报告体系，运用?AI?工具实现数据抓取、报告与披露生成。

3.输出持仓、业绩归因、风险敞口等可视化看板，支持渠道与投研需求。

4.建立异常监控与预警机制，推动合规与风险管理提升。

5.优化运营SOP与系统对接，实现估值、TA、CRM、电子签等环节自动化。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，金融、法律、管理、数学、计算机等相关专业。

2.熟练使用?Excel（透视表/Power Query）、Word、PPT，能够结合?AI?工具（ChatGPT、Notion AI、Python+Pandas?等）完成数据处理与报告自动化。

3.细致严谨，数据敏感，具备跨部门沟通与多任务处理能力。

[Three Core Positions]

Position 1: Investment & Trading Analyst

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth trading in the interbank and?exchange bond markets, including quotation, price comparison, and?trade execution.

Build and?continuously optimize backtesting and?live-trading frameworks to ensure efficient order placement and?execution.

Apply AI tools for?data cleaning, factor?mining, and?strategy iteration across market trends, fundamentals, and?alternative datasets.

Assist portfolio managers with bond portfolio construction, rebalancing, risk assessment, and?performance attribution.

Requirements:

Master’s degree or?above in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or?related fields.

Proficiency in Python data analysis stack (NumPy/Pandas/StatsModels) and?familiarity with ClickHouse database; or?experience in C + + low-latency system.

Skilled in using AI tools for?data cleaning, factor?discovery, code generation, and?automated reporting.

Position 2: Channel & Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities:

?Expand?and?deepen end-to-end engagement with traditional financial institutions (including banks, securities firms, and?wealth management companies), and?establish strategic connections with institutional investors, family offices, and?other investment entities.

Identify channels’ and?HNW clients' investment preferences, providing tailored product portfolios and?marketing solutions.

Organize client engagement activities such as roadshows, strategy summits, and?exclusive salons to enhance channel relationships and?client retention.

Leverage AI tools (CRM + large language models) to analyze client behavior?analysis and?market trend prediction, feeding insights back into product innovation.

Requirements:

Master's degree or?above in finance, economics, marketing, management, or?related fields.

Strong business negotiation and?communication skills, with a client-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in AI tools for?data organization and?client matching to improve marketing efficiency.

Ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel frequently, and?long-term interest in wealth management and?institutional sales.

Position 3: Product Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of fund products ("fundraising, investment, management, exit") with zero-error?execution.

Build automated reporting systems using AI tools for?data extraction, reporting, and?disclosure.

Deliver visualized dashboards for?holdings, performance attribution, and?risk exposure to support channel and?research needs.

Establish anomaly monitoring and?early-warning mechanisms to strengthen compliance and?risk management.

Optimize SOPs and?system integration to automate valuation, TA, CRM, and?e-signature processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or?above in finance, law, management, mathematics, computer science, or?related fields.

Proficiency in Excel (PivotTable/Power Query), Word, and?PPT, with ability to apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Python + Pandas, etc.) for?data processing and?automated reporting.
