1、负责挖掘新型乳源性的功能组分、功能因子，并开展功能成分在发酵乳产品中的应用研究；
2、负责发酵乳相关产品的技术调研、规划、研究推进，实现成果转化等；
3、负责推动项目立项、项目实施、进度和管理，完成项目报告；
4、推动研发、市场、生产联动，负责与工厂、质量对接新品生产、配方改进、工艺确定、技术支持、法规执行等工作，确保成果落地；
5、部门内部其他相关工作。

任职要求：
1、博士学位，食品科学、微生物、食品工程、发酵工程等相关专业；
2、熟悉国内外乳制品市场，对于新产品、新原料、健康功能组分有一定的敏锐度，能够独立研发产品；
3、了解食品相关法律法规，熟悉发酵乳加工工艺设备及原理；
4、具有良好的英语表达能力，熟练操作各种办公自动化软件；
5、具备较强的项目管理能力，具有良好的沟通、协调能力，执行力强，诚实守信。 公司简要介绍：
