1、负责生物活性物质合成生物学研发工作，包括底盘生物构建、合成路径设计、合成路径优化，代谢途径改造；
2、利用合成生物学的策略，开展营养物质生物合成研究与功能评价，制备母乳寡糖、乳铁蛋白等乳基功能配料；
3、采用遗传操作、基因编辑等手段进行微生物表达系统改造或代谢通路重建。

任职要求：
1、博士，微生物学、分子生物学、发酵工程等相关专业，世界排名前列的乳品/食品相关学科博士或博士后；
2、精通CRISPR/Cas9等基因编辑技术，熟悉多种微生物（包括大肠杆菌、酵母、链霉、丝状真菌等）的基因编辑方法；
3、具有高水平英文文献阅读、写作和口头表达能力，在相关领域以第yi作者发表过较高水平SCI研究论文；
4、对科研工作有浓厚兴趣，身心健康、诚实守信，具有良好的沟通协调能力，有高度责任心，强烈的服务意识和团队合作精神。 公司简要介绍：
