职位描述：

岗位职责
岗位职责：
（1）独立完成食品添加剂复配研发试验，包括文献查询、方案设计、感官评定、合规性查询、检测分析等工作。
（2）在已有方案的基础上，根据市场要求，持续优化方案设计。
（3）配合销售团队，根据市场需求，研究相应的解决方案。
（4）适应短期出差，在实验室条件下，确定解决方案后，前往客户工厂完成小试、中试验证试验。
任职资格
任职资格：
（1）硕士，食品科学与工程、生物技术相关专业。
（2）有生物发酵相关经验者优先考虑。
（3）具有较强的创新能力、项目设计能力、动手能力、良好的团队合作意识、沟通能力及敬业精神。
