Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing incoming CVs and applications.

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our recruitment database.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not mandatory.
