Main Tasks:
1. Responsible for visitors' arrangement, answering calls and related work
2. Responsible for express delivery and cost tracking an analysis
3. Responsible for the company security, cleaner, afforest, tearoom management and other administrative affairs
4. Responsible for air ticket and hotel reservation, company vehicle management and shuttle bus arrangement
5. Responsible for the procurement, management and distribution of administrative goods, ensure the effective management of inventory
6. Responsible for the management and layout of the conference room
7. Support facility management, including daily fire access inspections, lighting inspections, communication with property office, etc.
8. Collect employees' complaints and suggestions in administration area and find solution to solve
9. Assist and organize company events, annual party and other activities
10. Complete other work assigned by manager

Essential Requirements:
1. Good reading, written and speaking English abilities, CET-4 preferred
2. Familiar with Micro software
3. Hard working with carefulness, with strong sense of responsibility
