职位概述：
负责集团中国大陆区员工费用报销与对公付款的准确、高效处理。熟悉财务准则以及中国税法知识及熟练的办公系统操作，为财务运营提供可靠支持，助力集团财务流程优化。

主要职责：
- 全面审核员工费用报销单据，确保票据合规、内容完整、金额准确，并符合公司政策与中国税法要求。
- 主动与报销申请人沟通，及时解答疑问，指导其遵守报销政策与流程。
- 处理对公付款业务，确保付款信息准确，并负责应付账款的凭证录入与日常账务管理。
- 根据审计或集团财务要求，使用Excel等工具对财务数据进行抽样、汇总与分析，编制清晰规范的报告。
- 参与月度结账工作，协助完成费用预提、账务调整及银行日记账核对。
- 配合完成供应商对账工作，确保账务一致。
- 高效完成上级安排的其他临时性财务任务。

任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，会计、财务管理、审计等相关专业。
- 了解国家会计准则、财务制度及中国税法相关政策。
- 熟练掌握Microsoft Office，尤其Excel（常用函数、数据透视表等），能独立进行数据处理。
- 责任心强，工作严谨细致，具备良好的诚信意识与团队协作精神。

优先条件：
- 持有初级会计职称。
