What You’ll Do
The Coating Advisor (CA) is responsible for supervising and supporting coating activities at the site. The goal is to make sure the coating is applied according to project specifications, safety rules, and quality standards.
Main tasks include:
1. Responsible for checking application conditions, surface preparation and paint application required by work order.
2. Responsible for assisting with writing project report such as progress report, final report and visit report in FSM.
3. Responsible to assist relevant parties to ensure coating quality and cost reduction.
4. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superior.
5. Continually strengthen professional knowledge and skills.
6. Support on complex projects, e.g. silicone project, GKA project.
61 Assist the team leader to feedback product performance.

What You’ll Bring:
1. All majors are eligible to apply, college’s degree or above
2. Fluent in written and verbal English, CET 4 at least
3. Good communication skills.
4. Proactive, Self-motivated and solution-focused mindset.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Willingness to travel if required.
7. Interest in coating / marine / industrial field
