Main responsibility 主要职责:
- Conduct comprehensive product application testing, including performance verification, usability evaluation, and scenario-based validation to ensure product compliance with market standards.
- Provide professional technical support for designated markets, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer visits regularly to gather firsthand customer feedback, identify unmet technical needs, and document insights for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to test and evaluate new products, aligning product design with local market demands and ensuring market readiness.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze market dynamics, and assess customer requirements to identify business opportunities for existing and new product launches.
- Partner with the Sales team to support product promotion, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives, providing technical expertise to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to conduct key account and project management, tracking project progress, ensuring technical alignment, and facilitating successful project delivery.
- Deliver technical seminars and training programs for sales teams, distributors, and customers, enhancing their product knowledge and technical proficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical test reports, including test methodologies, data analysis, conclusions, and recommendations for internal review and customer communication.
- Undertake daily laboratory maintenance, including equipment calibration, inventory management, and compliance with safety and quality control protocols.
- In the *** year, this position will focus on the MFE role and locate in Switzerland. Starting from the second year, will be relocated to China, and the role will transition to KAM, responsible for managing key OEM clients in China.
Requirements 任职要求:
- Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Materials Science, or related technical disciplines.
- Ability to meet travel requirements (domestic/international as needed) to fulfill customer visit, training, and on-site support obligations.
- Strong independent work capability with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent professional communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal teams, customers, and partners at all levels.
- Native-level Chinese proficiency; Proficient in both written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly, concisely, and accurately in international business scenarios.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and innovative mindset to address complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
