Responsibilities:

To be involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, spin-offs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions including general offer and privatisation, compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund raising activities);

To fully participate in the pitching, due diligence and execution processes;

To conduct research, prepare financial analysis, valuation modelling, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations; and

To communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators.

Requirements:

Professional qualification, master degree and/ or university degree in accounting or finance or mathematics is preferred;

Internship experience in corporate finance, international accounting firm, research or buy-side is a must;

Candidates applying for the position should possess solid knowledge in handling Hong Kong IPO transactions as well as the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes;

Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and ability to work under pressure;

Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
