Overall Responsibilities

Order Management & Follow-up
*Act as the contact bridging internal team and China vendors for production orders.
*Follow up production order issuance to bulk production and shipment.
*Monitor order status in systems and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Vendor Communication & Coordination
*Liaise daily with China factories to track sample, production progress, and shipment
*Coordinate with logistics teams and vendors to align shipping plans, booking, and documentation.
Cross-functional Support
*Collaborate closely on production allocation, system updates, and reporting.
*Provide visibility through regular reporting (e.g., WIP tracker, late booking pre-alerts).
*Support troubleshooting of operational bottlenecks and propose improvement ideas.
Reporting & Documentation
*Maintain accurate production records, sample approvals, and system entries.
*Prepare ad-hoc reports as required for performance tracking and KPI achievement.

Requirements

Education & Experience
*Currently pursuing a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field, scheduled to graduate in 2027.
Skills & Competencies and
*Familiar with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data tracking).
*Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
*Collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset.

Language Proficiency:
*Chinese native speaker.
*Working proficiency in Mandarin (required for daily communication).
*Basic English communication skills.

Specific Working Conditions
*Ability to travel locally to factories when required.
