Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the tax team in sorting out, classifying and filing daily tax-related documents (invoices, tax returns, certification materials, etc.) to ensure the completeness and standardization of tax data. / 协助税务团队整理、归类及归档日常税务相关文件（发票、纳税申报表、证明材料等），确保税务资料的完整性与规范性。
- Coordinate and handle tax bureau related affairs, including document submission, seal stamping, on-site business handling and information confirmation under the guidance of supervisors. / 配合并协助处理税务局相关事宜，包括在指导下进行资料报送、文件盖章、现场业务办理及信息确认等工作。
- Undertake the translation of English tax documents, foreign-related tax notices and business emails to ensure the accuracy and rigor of the translated content. / 承担英文税务文件、涉外税务通知及业务邮件的翻译工作，保证译文内容准确、严谨。
- Use Excel to complete tax data entry, statistics, summary and report production, assist in tax data verification and reconciliation. / 运用Excel完成税务数据录入、统计、汇总及报表制作工作，协助进行税务数据核对与对账。
- Coordinate with the finance and tax team to complete other daily tax auxiliary work and temporary tasks assigned by supervisors. / 配合财务税务团队完成其他日常税务辅助工作及上级交办的临时任务。

Qualifications:
1. Education: Junior or senior undergraduate student majoring in Taxation, Accounting, Finance or other related majors; solid professional basic knowledge of taxation and accounting. / 学历：大三、大四在校生，税务、会计、财务等相关专业；具备扎实的税务及会计专业基础知识。
2. Language: Fluent in English (excellent reading and writing skills), able to proficiently handle English tax documents and foreign-related communications. / 语言：英语沟通流利（读写能力优秀），能熟练处理英文税务文件及涉外沟通事宜。
3. Proactive work attitude, careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility and principle. / 工作态度积极主动，细致严谨，具备较强的责任心及原则性。
4. Good communication and coordination skills, strong team cooperation awareness, able to efficiently cooperate with team members to complete work tasks. / 具备良好的沟通协调能力，较强的团队合作意识，能高效配合团队完成工作任务。
