Assists the IT manager in day to day execution of IT related matters in a SMC. Works on Infrastructure projects and ensures they are in-line with BSMs standards and policies and provides management with latest information in making IT initiatives a business enabler.


Education and Qualifications:
- BA/BS in computer science related field or equivalent experience
- A Masters in Computer Science will be an added advantage


Job-Specific Skills:
- Knowledge with SAN Storage infrastructure in a virtual environment
- Certifications and or significant experience with VMware vSphere environments
- Industry certifications a plus (Microsoft, Cisco etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Windows server 2019 or above
- Strong networking skills– emphasis on virtual infrastructure and WAN networking
- Experience with High Availability / Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity planning and execution
- Security focused
- Must possess a firm understanding of the OSI Reference Model
