工作职责：

? 协助生产计划专员整理生产相关数据，包括订单信息、物料库存、生产进度等，确保数据的准确性和完整性；
Assist the production planning specialist in collating production-related data, including order information, material inventory, production progress, etc., to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data;
? 协助完成生产计划相关文档的整理、归档工作，包括生产指令单、进度报表、物料需求清单等；
Assist in sorting out and filing production planning-related documents, including production orders, progress reports, material requirement lists, etc.;
? 配合生产计划团队完成其他日常工作，如跨部门沟通协调（对接采购、仓储、车间等部门）等；
Cooperate with the production planning team to complete other daily work, such as cross-departmental communication and coordination (liaising with purchasing, warehousing, workshop and other departments), etc.
? 负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。
Responsible for other tasks assigned by line manager.


岗位要求：

? 本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械制造、工商管理、物流管理等相关专业优先；
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Business Administration, Logistics Management or related fields is preferred.
? 了解传统制造业生产流程者优先，有生产计划、车间管理相关实习经验者加分；
Those who understand the production process of traditional manufacturing industry prefer, and internship experience related to production planning and workshop management is a plus;
? 熟练使用Excel（VLOOKUP、数据透视表等）、Word等办公软件，具备基础的数据整理和分析能力；
Proficient in using office software such as Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) and Word, with basic data collation and analysis capabilities.
? 具备较强的责任心、细心严谨，有良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力；
Possess strong sense of responsibility, careful and rigorous attitude, good communication and coordination skills and problem-solving abilities.
? 能吃苦耐劳，适应制造业办公环境，服从工作安排。
