Job responsibilities:
1. Interface Design: Design high-quality user interfaces (UI) for web pages, mobile applications, software interfaces, etc., based on product requirements and user experience principles.
2. Interaction Design: Collaborate closely with product managers and interaction designers to participate in product prototype design, optimize user operation flows, and enhance user experience.
3. Design Specification Development: Establish and maintain UI design specifications and component libraries to ensure product interface consistency and reusability.
4. Design Review and Iteration: Participate in design review meetings, iterate designs based on feedback, and continuously improve design quality.
5. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure the correct implementation of design solutions and resolve design-related issues encountered during development.

Requirements:
1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields, with a solid foundation in design and aesthetic abilities.
2. Professional Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, etc.
3. User-Centered Design Thinking: Possess user-centered design thinking, able to deeply understand user needs and design product interfaces that align with user habits.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of effectively communicating with product managers and developers.
