Responsibilities：
岗位职责：
1. Assist in Fapiao issue / book-keeping / payment arrangement / bank account monitoring;
协助开具发票，记账，付款申请，银行账户管理等；
2. Documents submission and communication with authorities;
协助到相关政府机关递送资料、咨询等；
3. Administrative work supporting to department head, such as filing, payment voucher；
其他辅助性工作，如凭证，文档整理等；
4. Provide support to team members whenever necessary.
向团队提供其他支援。

Requirement:
任职要求：
1. Junior or Senior student major in accounting, finance or related desciplines;
大三或大四财会相关专业在校生；
2. Good spoken and written skills both in English and in Chinese;
良好的中英文表达能力；
3. Profound knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) and internet application;
能较好地使用办公软件，如Word, Excel, PPT等；
4. Proven willingness and ability to learn in a challenging environment;
较好的学习能力；
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team worker, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriental.
