Career Path and Key Responsibilities
? Structured rotation across core functions (Design, Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control, Shop Floor Management, Lean Improvement) in China and overseas branches.
? One-on-one mentorship from department head, with customized development plans based on individual strengths.
? Promotion to supervisory level (Production/Planning/Quality) after successful program completion, with access to the company's management talent pool.
? Participate in the full-cycle rotation program, deeply engage in daily work of each function, and complete assigned projects (e.g., lean improvement projects, new product trial production).
? After rotation, take charge of a production team, including team motivation, performance management, work discipline supervision, and output target achievement.
- Lead a team, guide and motivate the team, reinforce the discipline and output.
- Daily management in shop floor to secure the smooth production running.
- Ensure the production related KPIs including OTD, PPM, scrap rate, productivity, 5S, and safety. Drive the continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Capacity planning, recruiting, training, performance review of employees.
- Collaborate with design, planning, ME, quality and other departments in new product introduction. 公司简要介绍：
