1.专业基础：会基础的Illustrator、Photoshop等设计软件，能在指导下完成任务。
2.设计素养：具备良好审美与创意能力，对色彩构图敏感
3.语言能力：具备基础英文阅读能力，可理解设计资料及邮件
4.工作态度：责任心强，能按时交付工作成果；主动沟通，及时反馈问题
5.团队协作：具备团队意识，服从安排，能与同事及工厂有效协作

优先条件：
1.大学相关设计专业。
2.会ILLSUTRATOR、PHOTOSHOP等设计软件。
