岗位概述
我们正在寻找一位具备良好分析能力、行业敏感度和学习意愿的战略支持专员，加入公司的战略与可持续发展团队。该岗位将深度参与航运、风电供应链及工程物流领域的行业研究、数据分析和战略项目支持工作，为管理层决策和公司长期发展提供专业支持。
主要职责
1. 战略研究与市场分析
? 开展全球航运、风电及相关供应链行业研究，持续跟踪政策法规、市场趋势、技术变化及竞争格局；
? 建立并维护市场情报及竞争对手数据库，确保信息的系统性、准确性和时效性；
? 定期输出行业洞察、市场分析及战略研究报告，为管理层提供决策支持。
2. 数据分析与决策支持
? 系统收集、整理并分析公司运营及市场相关数据，支持战略制定与执行；
? 建立多维度分析模型，包括贸易流向、运力与船舶利用率、成本结构及运价趋势等；
? 运用数据分析与可视化工具，清晰呈现关键分析结果和核心业务指标（KPI），提升管理洞察。
3. 战略项目支持
? 参与并支持公司重点战略项目的推进；
? 跟进专项工作组进展，协助形成阶段性总结与汇报材料；
? 参与项目复盘，提出优化建议和改进思路。
4. 跨部门协作与流程优化
? 协助推动跨部门沟通与协作机制建设，促进信息共享与协同工作；
? 支持各业务部门在流程、数据及管理体系方面的持续优化，提升整体运营效率。
5. 其他战略支持工作
? 参与战略部牵头的其他专项工作，包括但不限于 ESG、品牌建设及市场推广相关项目；
? 协助优化公司官网、宣传材料、演示文稿等对外沟通内容的专业度与一致性。
任职要求
教育背景
? 本科及以上学历，经济学、管理学、航运、物流、供应链或相关专业优先。
工作经验
? 1–3 年相关行业经验（含实习），具备咨询、航运、能源或基础设施相关背景者优先。
知识与技能
? 对航运、大宗干散货、风电或工程物流供应链具备基本理解；
? 具备良好的研究能力，能够通过桌面研究、二手数据分析等方式获取并整合信息；
? 具备扎实的数据分析能力，能从市场、财务和运营数据中提炼有价值的结论；
? 熟练使用 Excel，具备 SQL 或数据库管理经验者优先；
? 优秀的中英文书面与口头表达能力，能够将复杂信息转化为清晰、有逻辑的报告和演示；
? 具备良好的分析思维、战略意识和细节把控能力；
? 主动性强，对行业发展保持好奇心；
? 具备良好的团队协作能力和跨文化沟通能力。

Strategy & Market Analysis Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join our Strategy & Sustainability team. This role will actively support industry research, data analysis, and strategic initiatives across shipping, wind power supply chains, and project logistics, contributing to informed management decision-making and long-term business development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Research & Market Analysis
? Conduct research on global shipping, wind power, and related supply chain industries, tracking regulatory developments, market trends, technological changes, and competitive dynamics;
? Build and maintain structured market intelligence and competitor databases with a focus on accuracy and timeliness;
? Prepare industry insights, analytical reports, and strategic briefings to support management decision-making.
2. Data Analysis & Decision Support
? Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and market data to support strategy formulation and execution;
? Develop multidimensional analytical models covering trade flows, capacity and vessel utilization, cost structures, and freight rate trends;
? Apply data analysis and visualization tools to present key findings and core business KPIs, enhancing management insight.
3. Strategic Project Support
? Support the implementation of key corporate strategic initiatives;
? Track task force progress and assist in preparing periodic project updates;
? Participate in project reviews and contribute improvement recommendations.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration & Process Optimization
? Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing to strengthen coordination and execution efficiency;
? Support continuous improvement of workflows, data processes, and management systems across departments.
5. Other Strategic Support Activities
? Participate in additional initiatives led by the Strategy Department, including ESG, branding, and marketing-related projects;
? Assist in enhancing the quality and consistency of corporate materials such as website content, promotional materials, and presentation decks.

Required Qualifications
Education
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Experience
? 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships); experience in consulting, shipping, energy, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
? Foundational understanding of shipping, dry bulk cargo, wind power, or project logistics supply chains;
? Strong research skills using desk research, secondary data analysis, and structured information gathering;
? Solid data analysis capabilities with the ability to extract meaningful insights from market, financial, and operational data;
? Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or database tools is a plus;
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively;
? Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail;
? High level of curiosity, initiative, and learning agility;
