OVERALL FUNCTION:

To assist the Finance team in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, completeness of financial records and provide administrative and clerical support to the
Finance team.

DETAILED FUNCTIONS TO INCLUDE:

1. Maintain students and parents billing information, create sales invoices in iSAMS & BC system.
2. Check bank daily, issue Fapiao and process sales ledger accounting transactions.
3. Assist fee collection and issue receipt for all school activities.
4. File relevant documents properly.
5. Review and check payment request paperwork.
6. Assist in maintaining financial close in regular turn.
7. Support internal and external auditing.
8. Perform other financial add-hoc as required.

- 有财务会计相关实习经验优先
