【工作内容】
- 协助团队完成日常招聘相关工作，例如：简历筛选，电话联系初步沟通，面试安排等。
- 在明确的工作指引下，执行结构化任务，注重细节，确保每项操作符合标准流程。
- 协助完成日常人力资源基础工作，信息维护，文档整理等。
- 日常协调及办公室行政协助等。
【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历在校生或应届毕业生，人力资源或英文相关专业优先，具备良好的学习能力和适应能力。
- 英语读写能力良好，能够进行简单沟通，阅读英文资料及撰写基础邮件。
- 注重细节，具有较强的责任心和耐心，能够在规定时间内高质量完成任务。
- 拥有良好的时间管理能力，能够在多任务环境中保持高效与有序。
