主要工作职责：
1、Responsible for various tests such as hardness, metallography and impact in the R&D laboratory. According to the requirements of material R&D or sample testing, plan testing projects and carry out the tests.
负责研发实验室的硬度、金相、冲击等各项检测，根据材料研发要求或来样检测需求，策划检测项目并执行检测。
2、Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the testing equipment in the R&D laboratory.
负责研发实验室的检测设备的日常维护和管理。
3、Responsible for the management of R&D laboratory equipment and documents, etc., in compliance with the requirements of the ISO system.
负责研发实验室设备和文件管理等符合ISO体系的要求。
4、Assist in the communication and coordination among various departments related to the manufacturing of R&D project products within the factory.
协助完成公司内研发项目产品制造方面的沟通和协调。
5、Assist in the tracking of the status of R&D samples, including the manufacturing status, circulation status, inspection results, etc.
协助完成公司内研发样品状态的跟踪，包括样品制造状态、流转状态、检验结果等。
6、Assist in the communication and confirmation of the processes such as cutting, sampling, and analysis of the produced samples.
协助完成公司内研发项目样品的切割、取样、分析等过程的沟通和确认。
7、Assist in completing the information entry work within the OA and SAP systems of the R&D project.
协助完成研发项目OA和SAP系统内信息的录入工作。
8、Assist in completing the data entry of reports related to R&D projects.
协助完成研发项目相关报告的数据录入。

岗位要求：
1. Major in metal material science, bachelor degree.
金属材料科学类本科学历。
2. At least two years of working experience in a physical and chemical laboratory or a materials laboratory.
至少一年的理化实验室或材料实验室的工作经验。
3、Be familiar with the basic knowledge of steel or iron materials.
熟悉钢铁材料的基础知识。
4、Be familiar with equipment such as Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness testers, impact testing machines, microscopes, and the metallographic sample preparation process. Understand chemistry test equipment such as spectrometers and nitrogen-oxygen analyzers.
熟悉布氏洛氏维氏硬度计、冲击试验机、显微镜等设备和金相制样过程，了解光谱仪，氮氧分析仪等成分检测设备。
5、English reading and writing ability
有一定的英语读写能力。
