职责：
-Core Product engineers are assigned to develop new product design and maintain current product if needs. Design challenges are different depending on the phase of design/concept.
-Lead mechanical components and core design/development/Validation for programs per timing plan, included drawings, specifications, DSS, DFMEA, Test items and bench development
-Provide product engineering mechanical expertise to support supplier development, cost reduce, manufacturing quality analysis, after market part failure analysis.
-Problems solving for the technical design issues during the production launch step, provide guide line for product engineers and plant operations to solve common issues effectively.
-Direct lab and vehicle validation to ensure durability and reliability of products
-Coordinate procurement, build, and test of prototypes to demonstrate technology to potential customers
-Coordinate change management activities for assigned responsibilities utilizing CPI
-EHS sense and accept other job responsibilities as needed

要求：
-Master degree, major in Mechanical Engineering/Vehicle Engineering
-Good understanding of mechanical design, simulation, good at GD&T, DFMEA and DFSS.
-General understanding of vehicle ride dynamics (Preferred)
-Willing to learn and lead problem solving
