In your future role as “Summer Intern-Customer Service” you will

- Support mapping of end to end processes and conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate automation potential.
- Build small-scale prototypes or solutions using AI tools, scripting, or workflow automation platforms.
- Assist in developing dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., for workload, cycle time, error rate).
We believe you bring

- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Mathematics, with master’s degree.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Clear communication and structured documentation habits.
- Curiosity, proactiveness, and comfort learning new technologies.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Automate – for building automation flows, chatbots, and low code AI workflows.
- Power BI + AI Insights – for automated analytics, forecasting, and data modeling.
