In your future role as “Summer Intern- Mechanical Engineer” you will

- 跟踪生产现场关键设备运行状态，协助排查设备故障。Monitor the operating status of key equipment on the production site and assist in troubleshooting equipment failures.
- 参与制定设备点检计划、保养计划和检维修方案。Participate in developing equipment inspection plans, maintenance schedules, and repair strategies.
- 参与大修技改项目：方案、预算、施工组织及验收。Support major overhaul and technical modification projects, including proposal development, budgeting, construction organization, and acceptance.
- 日常设备台账/图纸更新整理等。Maintain and update daily equipment records, technical documents, and drawings.

1. 专业技能 Professional Skills
- 扎实掌握机械设计基础、材料力学、流体力学、传热学等相关理论。Solid understanding of fundamental theories such as mechanical design, mechanics of materials, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
- 对常见化工过程及单元操作（反应、蒸馏、吸收、换热等）有基本理解。Basic knowledge of common chemical processes and unit operations (e.g., reaction, distillation, absorption, heat exchange).
- 能够熟练阅读并简单绘制机械图纸及PFD/PID 工艺流程图。Able to read and produce simple mechanical drawings and PFD/P&ID process flow diagrams.
- 熟练使用设计与制图软件：Proficient in design and drafting software:
- AutoCAD（必备）。AutoCAD (required)
- 掌握 SolidWorks / Creo / UG 任一者优先。Experience with SolidWorks / Creo / UG is a plus.
- 了解压力容器、压力管道等相关标准规范（如 GB、ASME）者优先。Familiarity with standards and regulations related to pressure vessels and pressure piping (e.g., GB, ASME) is preferred.
- 具备基本的数据分析、逻辑判断和故障诊断能力，能够基于运行数据及现场现象分析根因。Strong data analysis, logical reasoning, and troubleshooting skills; capable of identifying root causes based on operating data and on-site observations.
2. 通用能力 General Competencies
- 过程装备与控制，化工机械，机械相关等本科以上学历。Bachelor’s degree or above in Process Equipment & Control Engineering, Chemical Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 英文听说读写能力佳。Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- 动手能力强，愿意深入现场处理实际技术问题。Strong hands-on skills and willingness to work on-site to solve practical technical issues.
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与多部门高效协作。Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- 学习能力优秀，具备持续提升自我与快速掌握新技术的意愿。Strong learning ability with a willingness to continuously improve and quickly master new technologies.
- 有志于长期向设备工程师 / 设备主管方向发展。Motivated to pursue long-term career development as an Equipment Engineer or Equipment Supervisor.
- 工作态度认真负责，具备良好的安全意识与风险意识。Responsible, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong safety and risk awareness.
