【工作内容】
- 负责机械、电气设备的日常维护与检修，确保设备稳定运行；
- 分析并处理设备运行故障，及时排查原因并实施修复，保障生产连续性；
- 参与设备安装调试、工艺调整后的精度校验及性能优化，提升设备运行效率；
- 定期对设备进行巡检，发现异常情况立即处理或上报，预防设备隐患发生；
- 协助维修工程师管理易损件和备品备件，确保维修工作的高效开展；
- 严格执行现场5S管理及职业安全健康标准，确保作业环境安全有序。

【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化等相关专业优先；
- 能够适应倒班工作制度，具备良好的责任心和团队协作精神；
- 在校生或应届毕业生，具备一定的设备维修基础知识或相关实习经验者优先；
