The accomplished individual will possess
- Support construction data base consolidation if needed.
- Support construction bidding process if needed.
- Support brand construction team for coordinating the construction contract with business development and legal as well as external parties.
- Support chopping for brand construction related.
- Support project team on some internal documentation and presentation.
- Support Internal meeting arrangement.
- Support internal activity schedule arrangement
- Assist PM for reimbursement

An outstanding professional will have
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in financial related will be preferred
- Good communication skill, Quick learner, can work under pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good analytic skills , Good in Excel, Word, PPT and data analysis tools
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Sense of compliance and confidentiality
- Self-motivated
