Project Delivery & New Technology Promotion
1. Support various technical exchange activities as needed
Product Pre-research & Development
1.Complete component design under the guidance of senior and development engineers
2.Coordinate prototype production based on project needs
3.Arrange validation experiments according to the test plan, and collect, organize data and reports
4.Update 2D and 3D drawings under the guidance of senior and development engineers
5.Participate in dimensional chain analysis and calculations
6.Conduct technical discussions with suppliers to ensure mass production feasibility of components
7.Participate in collaboration, communication, and reviews with global technical centers
8.Perform other tasks related to development projects or the team
Personal Capability Development & Growth
1.Acquire new knowledge and skills in a timely manner to meet project development needs
2.Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product history and latest designs
3.Learn and master commonly used development tools and data statistical analysis tools
