岗位职责：
1、负责学生事务中心新学年的招生文书准备和录取文件准备工作；
2、协助学生事务中心招生及相关事务邮件收发和翻译工作；
3、协助新学年招生活动、入学考试安排，考试通知与录取通知发放；
4、学生事务中心其他需要协助的行政事务。

岗位要求：
1、大学本科大三大四或研二研三在读学生；
2、英语能力好（书面写作能力强优先）；
3、行政办公和文书能力强，熟练掌握Office办公软件和邮件发送；
4、做事认真细致，有耐心，工作态度良好，乐于学习；
5、能够有稳定的实习时间，每周能实习5天的优先，实习时间为2026年3月-2026年8月。
