岗位职责
1.参与产品界面设计工作，协助完成原型绘制、视觉优化及动效设计；
2.根据用户反馈和数据分析，提出设计迭代方案，提升用户体验；
3.跟进设计落地，与研发、产品团队紧密协作，确保设计还原度；
4.参与设计规范制定，维护组件库与资源文件；
5.跟踪行业设计趋势，定期分享创意灵感。

岗位要求：
1.艺术设计、工业设计、视觉传达等相关专业统招本科以上学历，有1-2年工作经验优先考虑；
2.熟练使用PS/AI/AE/Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD等设计工具，具备移动端/Web端设计经验优先；
3.拥有良好的审美能力和设计思维，能输出高保真原型及视觉稿；
4.熟悉Ant Design/Material Design等主流设计体系，注重细节与用户体验；
5.积极主动，具备较强沟通能力和抗压能力，能融入团队协作；
6.附个人作品集（请重点展示交互/视觉设计项目）。
