- Assist the China Legal Department for the general administrative affairs;
-Provide support in handling corporate governance affairs: file, maintain and custody documents related to corporation and corporate registration; draft shareholders and board resolutions; assist with general corporate matters;
-Conduct legal researches in relation to a wide range of legal, and regulatory issues;
-Provide supports in legal advice with respect to the matters related to legal issues and disputes in China;

-Other essential tasks assigned within China Legal Department
Requirements:
- Undergraduates or postgraduates from law schools
- Fluent in English writing and reading
- At least 4-5 days per week available for internship
