【岗位职责】

1.协助学校文件收发与盖章登记；

2.配合校内会议与活动筹备，负责会场布置、设备调试、会议记录及收尾等工作；

3.协助部门间沟通事务，完成领导交办的行政事务；

4.办公用品的采购及物资领用管理，各类行政费用支付跟进。

【任职要求】

1.本科以上学历在校生，行政管理、汉语言文学、师范类专业优先；

2.熟练使用Office办公软件，具备一定的文案编辑能力；

3.细心严谨、责任心强，沟通礼貌得体，执行力佳，有学生干部或行政实习经历者优先；

公司介绍:Guangzhou Nansha Victoria Harbor High School (formerly Guangzhou Yingtung School) was established in 2004. Spearheaded by Mr. Yingtung Fok, former Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the school’s planning and construction were overseen and funded by the Fok Yingtung Foundation. It is situated in Nansha Coastal New Town,Guangzhou, in close proximity to Nansha Passenger Port.
广州市南沙区维港青藤中学（前身为广州市英东中学）始建于 2004 年，由前全国政协副主席霍英东先生倡议创办，霍英东基金会统筹规划并出资兴建，校址坐落于广州市南沙区滨海新城，紧邻南沙客运港。

Over more than two decades of dedicated efforts, the school has steadfastly upheld its motto of "Patriotism, Moral Integrity, Knowledge Acquisition, and Pragmatism" while embodying the core spirit of Mr. Yingtung Fok—"Patriotism for the motherland and Hong Kong, self-reliance, courage to pioneer, seeking truth from facts, commitment to benefiting society when accomplished, and education as the foundation". It has earned dozens of prestigious honors, including "National Advanced Private School", "Outstanding Contribution Award for the 40th Anniversary of Guangzhou Private Education", and "*** Batch of International Education Window Schools in Guangzhou", and has also been officially accredited as a Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) center.

In 2024, Jinan University, Fok Yingtung Group, and Victoria Harbor Education Group joined forces to develop a Hong Kong-style international education model based on the former Yingtung School, jointly setting a new benchmark for education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

2025 marks a pivotal milestone in the school’s leapfrog development: Not only was it officially renamed "Guangzhou Nansha Victoria Harbor High School" and forged a strategic partnership with Xingzhi Qingteng Education Group, but the AFFILIATED SCHOOL OF JNU For Hong Kong & Macao Students Yingtung Campus was also launched here—creating a new framework for the coordinated development of high-quality educational resources. Additionally, the school has achieved full coverage of four key curriculum systems: domestic junior high school entrance examination curriculum, HKDSE, AP, and A-Level, jointly embarking on a new journey of "empowering educational advancement and nurturing talents for the new era".
2025 年，学校迎来跨越式发展契机 —— 不仅正式更名 “广州市南沙区维港青藤中学”，与行知青藤教育集团达成深度战略合作；广州暨大港澳子弟学校亦于此设立英东校区，构建优质教育资源协同发展新格局，更实现国内中考课程、HKDSE、AP 及 A-Level 四大课程体系的全面覆盖，携手开启 “助力教育发展、培育时代英才” 的全新征程。
