Responsibilities:
1. Customer complain handle and fast response, 8D report feedback and track the corrective action close
2. Delivery report and other report per to customer requirements make and supply to customer
3. Make and update control plan and lead PPAP document according to project phase
4. Make and update inspection work instruction and inspection forms, quality alert according to control plan and drawing, define the frequency, test method
5. Production process inspection and issue handling and track
6. Manage Non-Conforming Products, Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effective and control the "Quarantine" area
7. MSA and CPK implement
8. Prioduct/process/system audit implement and lead customer audit
9. Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets, continuos improvement of process quality and process related quality documentation
10. Report the performance of the process quality timely to the Quality Manager
11. To aid the Quality Manager in developing and implementing the company's Quality Management System, in accordance with IATF16949 ,CCC and so on automotive standards and other customer standards. The approach to quality should be pro-active and complimentary to operational efficiency.
12. Ensure that Kautex' process requirements and customer requirement are addressed and satisfied and ensure the effective access of the customer scorecard and the effective access of the customer portal site.
13. Ensure implement customer and Kautex test specification
14. Ensure that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented in process and test
15. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, government regulations and internal guidelines
16. In order to share experiences and achieve quality department's targets
17. Assigned other task by quality manager
18. Complies with all current relevant legal and internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulations

Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree, Engineering or comparable education
2. Professional experience in automotive industry is preferable
3. Experience in communication with other departments
4. Knowledge of applicable customer-specific requirements
5. Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e.g .: 5S, standardized work,
6. Kanban, visual management
