Responsibilities 职责
1. Recruitment Coordination / 招聘协调支持
- Conduct initial phone screenings and introduce role information to candidates
独立负责候选人的电话初筛，并进行岗位信息沟通
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and participate in interview processes
安排候选人与用人部门面试，并参与部分面试环节
- Support internal follow-up with hiring managers and interviewers
与用人经理及面试官跟进招聘进度
- Track and push recruitment workflows in the HR system
跟进并推进 Workday 系统中的招聘流程

2. Employee Lifecycle Support / 员工全过程周期性支持
- Assist in onboarding, probation tracking, and offboarding processes
协助员工入职、在职期跟进及离职流程办理
- Support employee documentation preparation and record maintenance
协助员工档案、入转调离等相关资料整理与维护
- Help ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time
协助确保各项HR流程准确、及时推进

3. Employee Engagement & Training Support / 员工活动与培训支持
- Assist in organizing training sessions and internal engagement activities
协助组织培训项目及员工活动

4. Others 其他临时事务

Requirements 要求
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
人力资源、工商管理、心理学等相关专业本科或硕士在读优先
2. Strong interest in HR practices, talent management, and organizational development
对HR实践、人才管理及组织发展有浓厚兴趣
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
具备良好的沟通能力与人际互动能力，具有服务导向的意识
4. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other office tools（If you familiar with Google Workspace, that’s better!）
能够熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint、Word 等办公软件, 熟悉 Google Workspace 者加分
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
做事细致认真、积极主动，能够妥善处理敏感及隐私信息
6. Good written and spoken English preferred
