传播专员 / 应届毕业生（NCG）将支持公关与社交媒体等整合传播项目的执行工作，同时逐步建立对 B2B 科技传播的系统性基础认知。
该岗位将提供对区域传播实践、跨职能协作以及核心传播职能的实际参与与学习机会。
工作职责：
1. 支持整合传播项目的规划与执行，包括公共关系与社交媒体相关项目
2. 协助开展媒体监测、传播报道分析，以及传播报告与总结材料的准备
3. 参与社交媒体内容支持工作，包括协助撰写相关内容素材并配合内容发布日历的协调
4. 支持与外部代理机构及内部相关团队的协作，确保传播工作的及时性与一致性
5. 协助整理与管理传播相关素材、文档及活动项目资料
6. 支持基础传播效果跟踪与数据分析，为评估传播成效提供支持
7. 在选定的区域项目中，与亚太、日本与中国区域传播团队及外部代理机构保持密切协作
职位要求：
1. 本科学历，传播学、新闻学、市场营销、广告学或相关专业优先
2. 对 B2B 传播及科技行业有浓厚兴趣
3. 具备结构化思维能力，学习能力强，执行力良好
4. 注重细节，具备基础的数据敏感度与分析意识
5. 具备良好的中英文书面与口头沟通能力
6. 有传播、市场、媒体或相关领域实习经验者优先
7. 有海外学习经历或英文工作 / 实习经验者优先
培养与发展
1. 系统接触并学习 B2B 科技传播实践，包括公关策略、社交媒体运营及传播活动执行
2. 学习如何将业务目标转化为清晰、有效的传播行动
3. 逐步建立传播规划、利益相关方协调及传播效果评估等基础能力
4. 随着经验积累，逐步提升项目管理能力，并在一定范围内承担更多责任
The Communications Associate / New College Graduate (NCG) will support the execution of integrated communications initiatives across PR and social media, while developing a strong foundation in B2B technology communications.
This role will offer exposure to regional communications practices, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on learning across core communications disciplines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the planning and execution of integrated communications activities, including public relations and social media programs
2. Assist in media monitoring, coverage analysis, and preparation of communications reports and summaries
3. Contribute to content development across social channels, including drafting support materials and coordinating content calendars
4. Support coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent communications delivery
5. Assist in organizing communications assets, documentation, and campaign-related materials
6. Support basic performance tracking and data analysis to inform communications effectiveness
7. Collaborate closely with APAC, Japan and China communications teams and external agencies on selected regional initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines
2. Strong interest in B2B communications and technology industries
3. Structured thinker with strong learning agility and execution capability
4. Detail-oriented with basic data sensitivity and analytical mindset
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
6. Prior internship experience in communications, marketing, media, or related fields is a plus
7. Overseas study or English working/internship experience is a plus
