一、研究所简介INSTITUTE OVERVIEW

中国科学院南京土壤研究所位于紫金山东麓的南京麒麟科创园，成立于 1953 年，其前身为 1930 年创立的中央地质调查所土壤研究室，是中国现代土壤科学的发源地和研究中心，是我国农业强国建设和生态文明建设的国家战略科技力量主力军?

The Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISSCAS), located at the eastern foothills of Zijin Mountain in the Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park in Nanjing, was established in 1953. The roots of ISSCAS can be traced back to the Laboratory for Soil Science, Institute of Central Geological Survey founded in 1930.

As the birthplace and leading research hub of modern soil science in China, ISSCAs serves as a core national strategic scientinc force in advancing agnicuitural development and ecological civilization. The institute hosts a comprehensive suite of national innovation platform system in soil science, including State Key Laboratory of Soil and Sustainable Agriculture, National Engineering Research Center for Soil Nutrient Management and Pollution Remediation, and the Key Laboratory of Arable Land Conservation of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. ISSCAS also operates three National Field Scientifc Observation and Research Stations, Fengqiu, Yingtan, and Changshu, as well as the Zigul Observation and Research Station for Three Gorges Reservoir, Ministry of Water Resources.

1）岗位职责Job qualifications

能够准确把握学科动态和发展方向，注重战略谋划和前瞻布局，积极组织?策划和承担国家?中国科学院重大科研或工程项目，能够带领团队开展具有国际水平的科技创新工作，取得具有重要影响的重大成果或解决关键核心技术难题?

Demonstrates a keen understanding of disciplinary trends and development directions, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and forward-looking deployment. Actively organizes, plans, and undertakes major scientific or engineering projects at the national level or within the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Capable of leading a team to carry out internationally competitive scientific and technological innovation, achieving major breakthroughs with significant impact or solving critical core technological challenges.

2）基本条件Candidate requirements

截至申报年度1月1日原则上不超过 50 周岁，海内外知名机构教授或相当岗位任职经历?从国内引进的，须是相关领域优秀的学术技术带头人；海外特别优秀或急需者，可放宽至副教授或相当岗位任职经历?聘为正高三级以上专业技术岗位?

As of January 1 of the application year, candidates should generally be under 50 years of age and have held a professorship or an equivalent position at a reputable institution, either in China or abroad. Candidates recruited from within China must be distinguished academic or technical leaders in their respective fields. Exceptionally qualified or urgently needed overseas candidates with experience at the associate professor level or an equivalent position may be considered. Successful applicants will be appointed to senior professional and technical positions at level three or above.

3）支撑保障What we offer

科研启动经费不低于 500 万，年薪不低于 100 万，一次性发放购房及安家费不低于 300 万?协调以优惠价购买南京市高层次人才共有产权住宅，协助解决子女入学，协调配偶工作?特别优秀的，一人一策?

A minimum of 5 million RMB in research start-up funding and an annual salary of no less than 1 million RMB will be provided. In addition, a one-time housing and relocation allowance of at least 3 million RMB will be offered. Support will be available for purchasing shared-ownership housing for high-level talent in Nanjing at preferential rates, as well as for children's school enrollment and spousal employment. For exceptionally outstanding candidates, customized support packages will be developed on a case-by-case basis.

02、青年英才OUTSTANDING YOUNG TALENTS

1）岗位职责Job qualifications

应承担研究所学术技术骨干职责，能够引入先进的学术思想和技术方法，提出具有重要创新价值的工作思路，积极开拓新的研究方向或从事高水平技术攻关，承担国家科技任务?取得国内外同行认可的科研成果?

The candidate is expected to serve as a key academic and technical leader at the institute, contributing advanced academic insights and innovative technical approaches. They should be capable of proposing original research ideas with significant academic impact, actively exploring emerging research frontiers or addressing major technological challenges. Additionally, the candidate should also demonstrate the ability to lead or participate in national scientific and technological projects and produce research outcomes that are recognized and valued by both domestic and international peers.

2）基本条件Candidate requirements

截至申报年度1月1日不超过 40 周岁，博士毕业后在海内外知名机构连续不少于 3 年科研工作经历或有副教授相当岗位任职经历；在海外取得博士学位且特别优秀的 "高精尖缺" 人才，海外工作年限可适当放宽?聘为副高级以上专业技术岗位?

As of January 1 of the application year, candidates should be under 40 years of age and have at least three consecutive years of postdoctoral research experience at a reputable institution, either in China or abroad, or hold an equivalent position at the associate professor level. For exceptionally qualified overseas Ph.D. holders recognized as high-level, specialized, or urgently needed talents, the work experience requirement may be appropriately waived. Successful applicants will be appointed to professional and technical positions at the associate senior level or above.

3）支撑保障What we offer

科研后动经费 100~200 万，年新不低于 35 万 (正高级岗位不低于 42 万), 一次性发放购房及安家费 100 万?推荐配套申报江苏省引才计划项目，协调以优惠价购买南京市高层次人才共有产权住宅?

The position offers competitive support, including research start-up funding ranging from 1 to 2 million RMB and an annual salary of no less than 350,000 RMB (or 420,000 RMB for senior-level appointments). Additionally, a one-time housing and relocation allowance of 1 million RMB will be provided. Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for talent recruitment programs in Jiangsu Province and will receive assistance in purchasing shared-ownership housing for high-level talents in Nanjing at preferential rates.

03、事业编制青年人才YOUNG TALENTS

1）岗位职责Job qualifications

Young talents holding a doctoral degree who have achieved notable accomplishments in their field and demonstrated strong potential for scientific and technological innovation are highly encouraged to apply.

2）基本条件Candidate requirements

不超过 35 周岁，博士毕业后有 2 年科研工作经历或特别优秀的博士毕业生?聘为助理研究员，特别优秀的聘为副研究员?

Candidates should be under 35 years of age and have at least two vears of postdoctoral research experience, Exceptionally outstanding recent Ph.D. graduates may also be considered. Appointments will be made at the assistant professor level, while exceptionally qualified candidates may be appointed to associate professor level positions.

3）支撑保障What we offer

科研启动经费不低于 20 万，一次性发放购房及安家费 10 万?推荐申报江苏省引才计划项目，首个聘期提供人才公寓?

Research start-up funding of no less than 200,000 RMB will be provided, along with a one-time housing and relocation allowance of 100,000 RMB. Candidates are encouraged to apply for talent recruitment programs in Jiangsu Province and will be offered talent apartments during their initial appointment period.

04、特别研究助理RESEARCH FELLOW (SPECIAL APPOINTMENT)

1）岗位职责Job qualifications

在本学科领域取得较好成绩?表现出优秀的科技创新潜质的具有博士学位的青年人才?

Young talents holding a Ph.D. degree who have demon-strated strong potential for scientific and technological in-novation, along with solid research accomplishments in their respective fields, are encouraged to apply.

2）基本条件Candidate requirements

不超过 35 周岁，应届博十毕业生或获得博十学位 3 年以内 (申请第二站或以上的，可适当放宽年限), 代表作 1~3 篇?

Applicants should be no older than 35 years of age and be recent Ph.D. graduates or have their doctoral degree within the past three years. For those applying for a second or subsequent postdoctoral position, the time limit may be appropriately extended. Candidates should provide 1 to 3 representative publications.

3）支撑保障What we offer

年薪不低于 26 万，协助申报江苏省卓越博士后计划项目?期满考评优秀的直接纳入事业编制，特别优秀的聘为副高级以上专业技术岗位，推荐申报中国科学院人才项目；暂未入编的可续一个聘期?

An annual salary of no less than 260,000 RMB will be provided, along with support for applying to the Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Postdoctoral Program. Postdocs who receive an "excellent" evaluation upon completion of the term will be directly granted a permanent institutional position. Exceptionally outstanding individuals may be appointed to associate senior or higher professional positions and recommended for talent programs of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Those who have not yet been granted permanent position may be offered a contract renewal.
