As an Intern in China Sustainability business team, support Sustainability Business Manager in daily work on business data analysis and documents preparation, product portfolio development and product promotion. He/She is expected to involve in daily operational work of sustainability business management and development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Support sustainability business development work
- Daily commercial and technical documenting, including arranging sample testing, test result data consolidation and analysis, preparing and summarizing technical data and trail report, tracking project development progress, analyzing business pipelines and sales progress, etc.
- Handle the slides preparation and events preparation for product promotion, like sample delivery for booths or events, advertising documents preparation and assist the on-site product exhibitions.

? Support Business Manager work
- Sales and Operation Plan connection between LYB sales team, S&OP team, and supply sources (GXLYB and tollers). Maintain the weekly delivery plan and review with various stakeholders.
- Handle daily operational documents, like sales tracking record, monthly forecasting and business plan, documents for certification of recycled material, like transaction certification in GRS, etc.
- Prepare sales development tools, like grade list summary, brochures, successful case sharing documents, etc.
- Create and optimize BI report through Power BI for business analysis.

? Support Business Lead and Business Manager
- Scouting more feedstock on mechanical recycling and bio-based, including cold-call, preliminary inquiry, sample testing arrangement and result tracking, report compilation.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Able to commit a 6-month internship
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited; candidates with backgrounds in in Polymer, Material Science, Chemical or Environmental Engineering are preferred
? Interest in sustainability topics, with good learning ability and a high sense of responsibility
? Language skill – good in reading and written English
? Good Data Analysis and Excel/Work/PPT capability is a plus
