工作职责：（请注意：本岗位不能转正哦）
1. 负责及时、准确地更新各类人力资源表单，包括但不限于员工信息表、考勤表、薪酬福利相关表格等，确保表单数据与员工实际情况一致，为 HR 各项工作的顺利开展提供基础数据支持。
2. 对员工档案进行系统化整理、归档与保管，涵盖员工入职资料、劳动合同、奖惩记录、培训经历等重要文件。定期检查档案的完整性和规范性，保障档案管理的有序性和安全性，便于后续查阅和使用。
3. 核对员工提交的假期申请及相关证明文件，确保假期申请符合公司规定。对于文件不完整的情况，及时与员工沟通并催收补充文件，保证假期管理的合规性，同时做好相关记录。
4.协助组织员工培训活动，在培训前期完成场地预订、设备调试、培训资料准备与分发、参训人员通知等筹备工作，确保培训按计划顺利进行。
5. 提前为新员工准备入职所需的各类材料，如入职登记表、员工手册、劳动合同等，并做好材料的整理和核对，为新员工提供顺畅的入职体验。
6. 跟踪员工劳动合同的到期情况，在合同到期前及时与员工沟通，收集相关信 息，办理劳动合同续签手续，确保劳动关系的合法合规。

岗位要求
1、本科以上，人力资源、行政管理等相关管理类专业优先；
2、熟悉各种办公软件如word、Excel、PPT的操作；
3、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，工作细心&踏实；
4、良好的英文读写能力；
5、工作时间为9：00-18：00，每周工作时间至少3天。 公司简要介绍：
