Main Tasks：
1. HR Information System Management:
Maintain HRIS data, ensuring timely and accurate updates of employee master data and records.
Support account management, including opening, changing, and closing system accounts, as well as managing permission requests.
Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting for HR and employees, escalating complex issues as needed.
Assist in continuous improvement by gathering user feedback and supporting simple testing and validation.
2. Data Management and Analysis:
Conduct daily data statistics, analysis, and reporting as required.
3. HR Operations:
Handle daily HR matters for the group office, including onboarding, contract renewals, and off-boarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with procedures.
4. Other Responsibilities:
Complete additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Profile of Requirements / Personality Requirements：
? Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Information Management and related major.
? Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
