Tasks:

● 全面了解标杆和返回件分析的应用背景Develop a comprehensive understanding of the application background of benchmarking and Returned Parts Analysis (RPA) projects.
● 理清标杆和返回件分析的目的Clarify and define the objectives and expected outputs of benchmarking and RPA projects.
● 执行标准轴承和特殊产品的标杆与返回件分析Execute benchmarking and RPA projects for standard bearing types (e.g., DGBB, CRB, TRB, SRB, NRB, wheel bearings) as well as special/custom products.
● 创建检测列表和订单、分解任务、委托到具体实验室（几何测量、物理、化学、试验等）Create investigation checklists and orders, break down the work into laboratory sub-tasks, and coordinate testing with relevant labs (e.g., geometry measurement, physical testing, chemical analysis, functional testing).
● 收集和总结各实验室检测结果，撰写最终报告Collect, consolidate, and summarize results from all laboratories and prepare the final benchmarking/RPA report.
● 全力支持产品开发和优化 Provide strong support for product development and optimization, including design improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

● 硕士学历，机械专业背景。Master’s degree with mechanical background
● 精通英语(口头和书面)，会德语者优先。Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.
● 了解轴承生产、几何尺寸公差、钢材热处理、润滑、振动噪声、测试、计算、失效分析等相关知识Solid technical expertise across the bearing value chain, including bearing manufacturing processes, GD&T, steel materials and heat treatment, lubrication, NVH, laboratory testing, simulation/calculation, and failure analysis.
● 积极主动，工作勤奋，善于跨职能部门团队合作。Proactive attitude, hardworking & cross-function teamwork player.
